ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for domestic orders. International orders might take up to 1 business week due to customs clearance procedures, varying international shipping times, and potential delays outside of our control.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia): 3โ€“5 business days (West Malaysia) / 5โ€“7 business days (East Malaysia).


International Shipping (Selected Countries): Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10-14 business days. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

SHIPPING FEES
Free shipping for all orders within Malaysia via Poslaju.
International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight via FedEx.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our courier partnerโ€™s website.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS
We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions).
